All rooms are equipped with flat screen televisions, mini-refrigerators, private bathrooms and hot water. Installed is a state-of-the-art water softener system allowing to bypass costly monthly water bills. A second story boutique bar with a view of the strip decorated with trendy lounge chairs. A fully equipped kitchen for restaurant service including a stand-alone commercial oven, storage refrigerator, stove, pastry glass display refrigerator, freezer box, all the utensils, glasses, plates, etc. including all permits and alcohol license.
An addition, proprietary software was developed specifically for the point-of-sale transactions and reservations thus avoiding the need to purchase costly 3rd-party software subscriptions. This hotel incorporates 5 streams of income: bicycle rentals which are renewed yearly, laundry services, tour reservations, food & beverage, and hotel services.
